All financial information is encrypted and stored by our banking partner to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party. It is the highest possible rating one can get in the electronic payment processing industry. Additionally, Tithe.ly forces HTTPS for all transaction services using TLS.

Are there any fees when giving through this option?

Yes, the fees are as follows:

Credit / debit card transactions: 2.9% + 0.30 per transaction.
Example: $100 donation –> $96.80 deposited.

ACH / Bank account transactions: 1% + 0.30 per transaction.
Example: $100 donation –> $98.70 deposited.

Note: When paying through one of these options, you can choose to pay the processing fees.

Can I set up a reoccuring payment option?

Yes, you are allowed to set up reoccurring payments.

Once logged in, simply select “Setup Automated Giving.”

Can I select the ministry I would like to give to?

Yes, when giving, you will see an option to select what you would like to give to.

If you are unsure, simply select “General” fund and TPBC will use it where it’s needed the most.
